MEN IN BLACK III (2012) Review

     So here's a film that I wasn't sure about seeing. I loved the first film because it was a smart take on the hidden world around us. Also, it was fun and didn't take itself too seriously. The second one was just, how do I put this. Hmm....lousy and not really fun at all. So here we are ten years after the second film and fifteen after the first. I do have to thank the heat that is in the Gulf Coast for helping JeNee and I seeing this as it was too damn hot to really do anything else.

I mean the title pretty much sums it up I think.  Actually it looks like Ninjas Vs Monsters is an indie low budget film with a mix of action,comedy and horror that is the third in a trilogy of Ninja Vs films as there is Ninjas Vs Zombies and Ninjas Vs Vampires that were all made by the same director and writers I believe.  I am not sure how much the films connect to each other but you could always try to track down and watch the other films or just check out this film and work backwards if you want.  Ninjas Vs Monsters looks like it will be out sometime this Summer.  You can check out the trailer below and find out more on the film by visiting the following sites.

I have seen this film getting talked about for a little while now and it seems that it is finally coming to Dvd and Blu-ray so I can see what the film is all about.  I know some of the big news about this film is that Stephen Geoffreys is in the film and a lot of horror fans should remember him from some classic films such as Fright Night and 976-Evil.  I would like to see how the movie is and for people interested you can check out the Blu-ray/Dvd trailer down below and look for Mr, Hush to be available on August 7th 2012.

Tom Savini's Upcoming Biography Trailer and Announcement

Now this is some great news to hear.  I do not know if this montage of Tom Savini's work is just a fan made video but even if it is the announcement is actually true.  It looks like Author Mike Aloisi the person who worked with Kane Hodder to bring us fans the book Unmasked The True Life Story of The World's Most Prolific Cinematic Killer will be working with another horror icon for his next book project, none other than Tom Savini.  Now if you have not read Kane Hodders book Unmasked do so now.  I just recently finished it and should have a small review on it soon, but here's a little spoiler "It is amazing".  So I would like to assume a little bit that this new book will be a great read as well.  Hopefully in the next few months we will get some updates on the progress of the book and be sure to keep checking web.me.com/authormike7/Dark_Ink/Welcome.html for the latest news and updates for that project.  For now take a little trip through some of Tom Savini's work by checking out the collage video below.

Daddy's Little Girl Official Trailer

Now this is obviously a film that will be hard for a lot of people to watch.  I mean just look at the poster above you know that this does not turn out well.  It seems that this film was based on true events that occurred in Australia.  Oh yeah I should have mentioned that this film is from Australia.  There has been a decent amount of post recently of films or items such as It's only a t-shirt that call Australia home and it's great to see the wide range of ideas coming from all over the world.  Daddy's Little Girl will no doubt have some brutal scenes and it definitely looks like the torture scene will be graphic.  The film is actually also running an Indiegogo campaign so that they can get some money towards post production cost and also use some cash for a festival run for the film.  You can find out more about the film by heading on over to the links down below and be sure to check out the trailer and if you would like to donate to their campaign I will leave that link for you as well.

I remember when they first released a teaser for the game I thought that it was going to look totally different then what we got to see in the gameplay trailer.  However I really like the way this game looks.  DeadLight will be and XBLA exclusive and should be available this summer.  This new story trailer looks very cool and definitely drives up my desire to download the game when it becomes available.  You can watch the new trailer down below.

If you like your disaster's to be biological then this upcoming film might be right up your alley.  Actually I am not sure if there is maybe a virus or something more going on in this film considering the biological disaster is at a genetics lab.  They had to be doing some tests on people, or a person as patient zero usually refers to the initial source of a spreadable disease.  We will just have to wait and find out.  The film should be released sometime this summer.  You can visit the film's Facebook page to find out more information about the film and keep up with any updates that they release.

There looks to be some crazy things going on in this trailer.  Plus that poster with the kid on it is pretty creepy too.  I believe I saw a film by Dante Tomaselli called Horror but it was a long time ago and I can't honestly remember too much about it.  This new film he is coming out with looks like it could definitely be something I would check out.  I mean evil kid, crazy things going on, blood and some torture, who wouldn't want to check that out.  No release date yet for the film but you can keep up with the film and it's updates by visiting the following sites.
