First Look At Hammer's THE QUIET ONES

Hammer, the power house horror movie company of the seventies is back making movies and now they have their own Youtube channel. On the channel they have put up a new first look at THE WOMAN IN BLACK follow up THE QUIET ONES.

The film takes place in the seventies and is another supernatural, ghost story from Hammer. The video shows a behind the scenes look at the new film and has commentary by Hammer President Simon Oakes.

Hammer is off to a good start with a few descent films and I am looking forward to THE QUIET ONES. Check out the first look video after the jump.

Youtube: The Exclusive Sneak Peek of Hammer's new film The Quiet Ones starring Jared Harris and Sam Claflin. Directed by John Pogue, inspired by true events, The Quiet Ones tells the story of an unorthodox professor who uses controversial methods and leads his best students off the grid to take part in a dangerous experiment: to create a poltergeist. Based on the theory that paranormal activity is caused by human negative energy, the rogue scientists perform a series of tests on a young patient, pushing her to the edge of sanity. As frightening occurrences begin to take place with shocking and gruesome consequences, the group quickly realizes they have triggered a force more terrifying than they ever could have imagined.
